Booking a Vietnam airport car pickup gives you a private, pre-arranged ride from Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi or Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. This guide covers what the service includes, transport options, pricing, booking steps, group transfers, and fast-track bundles.
An airport car pick-up service typically includes a private vehicle and a driver waiting for you at the airport, so you do not have to arrange transportation after landing.
At UrgentVisaToVietnam, a driver will wait for you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign and take you door-to-door in a private vehicle from Noi Bai International Airport or Tan Son Nhat International Airport. After you complete immigration and collect your luggage, simply look for your driver and proceed to the waiting vehicle.
For international arrivals at Noi Bai International Airport, international passengers arrive at Terminal 2 (T2), the airport's international passenger terminal. At Tan Son Nhat International Airport, international arrivals are handled at Terminal 2.
The service is designed for travelers who want to avoid finding a taxi or arranging transportation after a long flight. Instead, your driver and vehicle are prepared in advance and waiting for you when you arrive.
With a private vehicle and an English-speaking driver, you can leave the airport and travel directly to your destination without the hassle of arranging a ride after landing.

Taxis are available for travelers who want to arrange transportation after landing. However, some travelers may end up paying unexpectedly high fares because some drivers take advantage of tourists who are unfamiliar with local prices. Some taxi drivers may also charge an additional “airport parking fee,” complain about short-distance trips, or take a longer route to increase the fare.
Public buses are generally the lower-cost option, but they require travelers to follow a fixed route and may involve additional travel from the bus stop to the final destination. The bus routes with stops serving Noi Bai Airport are 86, 68, 08, 17, 109, E10, and 90.
At Noi Bai, the airport provides public-transport information and also operates a free shuttle between T1 and T2 for passengers who need to move between terminals.
A pre-booked private car offers a direct airport-to-destination transfer. You know the agreed fare before the journey, have a driver waiting for your arrival, and do not need to find a taxi or navigate public transportation with your luggage.
This makes a private car particularly useful for families, first-time visitors, late-night arrivals, and travelers who need a predictable door-to-door transfer.

Actual journey times can change significantly with traffic, weather, road conditions, and your exact destination. For this reason, a city-center estimate should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival time. Because traffic congestion in major Vietnamese cities can be unpredictable, you should allow an extra 1-2 hours for travel from the city to the airport to make sure you arrive in time for your flight.
